Report of Findings
After we study your health history and correlate our examination findings, we’ll review with you all of our findings and recommendations designed to help you achieve and maintain your health.
Our priority is to make sure that you have a clear understanding of our findings, and have all of the information you require to make an informed health decision for you and your family. We call this the Report of Findings; this second visit, in our two-visit approach, accomplishes several things:
- Reduces the length of your first visit
- Gives us time to correlate our findings and develop a diagnosis
- Avoids overloading you with too much information
If we have determined that you are a candidate for care and you have agreed to our plan of management, your care plan and path to wellness can usually start immediately!
